50 % Merlot - 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon -  20 % Cabernet franc

   

Tasting notes:

This wine has a deep dark purple color and expresses a complex and expressive bouquet of candied fruits, vanilla and roasted aromas. Ample in the mouth and powerful structure reveals tasty and persistent tannins.

Food and wine pairing:

This wine can be enjoyed with all kind of red meats with wine sauce and strong cheeses.
