ON SEVERAL APPELLATIONS
From our 4 properties, each wine is unique and reflects a passionate daily work. We are constantly searching for improve our production techniques while respecting the environment. From woody wines batch to more fruity wines, a total of 150 hectares of vines are cosseted each year to extract the best and produce wines with great quality.
It is on these appellations with different terroirs : Graves and Entre-deux-Mers, where we produce our dry white wines. We use all our know-how in our unique wine batch to preserve the freshness and character of each of our wines. For many years now, we working on two high-end wines, vinified in barrels and stirring of fine sediments.
We produce our sweet white wines on the heights of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont and in Langon in the Graves. We take the opportunity of a microclimate and an ideal sunshine, which favor the development of the noble rot. Consequently, we create each year white wines with a golden color and notes of candied fruits, appreciated all over the world.
Their daughter Marion wanted to create a new white wine with her own image, in order to bring her personal touch to the family vineyard. The has brought together the greatest grape varieties of the South West, she assembling Sémillon, the noble grape variety in Bordeaux with Gros Manseng, famous grape in Côtes de Gascogne.
From our main property, located in Mourens, we produce a rosé and a clairet wine. Two parcel selections and two different wine-making process to give this expressive character. These small wine batch produced in limited quantities are the delight of rosé lovers.
