50% Sauvignon - 50% Sémillon
The low temperature vinification and barrel aging give to this wine golden sparkles, intense and very aromatic nose with exotic fruit aromas. Pleasant on the palate with a woody note finish.
Food and wine pairing
Ideal with aperitifs, crustacean dishes, fish and cheese. Try it with a scallop carpaccio!
Serve chilled at 10-12°C.
