Château de Viaut
Bordeaux Supérieur
INFORMATION
Blend:
50 % Merlot - 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon - 20 % Cabernet Franc
Tasting notes:
Deep and intense ruby-red in color. Powerful nose with aromas of black fruits elegantly combined with notes of wood.
Food and wine pairing:
Pairs well with any kind of meat, try it with a Bordeaux-style lamprey (use the wine for the sauce) or Bordelaise style snails, both traditional dishes from the region.
