Tasting
The vinification, at low temperature, the aging on lees in barrels, give this wine golden reflections, an intense and very aromatic nose with exotic fruit flavors. To finish on a melted woody note that is pleasant on the palate.

Ideal to accompany your aperitifs, shellfish, fish and cheeses. Dare with a scallop carpaccio! 
 
Serve chilled at 10-12°C.
