Tasting
It is a “gold” colored wine, with an astonishingly rich fragrance, an intense nose of candied oranges which gives off a nectar like no other. The palate seduces with its balance, elegance and length. Already pleasant, this wine can still wait for many years in your cellar.
Food and wine pairing
As an aperitif, with foie gras, with all white meats and of course with cheese.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C.
