Tasting
This very special cuvée takes full advantage of its 24-month aging in new barrels, it harmoniously blends candied fruit, toast and vanilla. Unctuous, balanced and complex, the palate develops a beautiful liquor that lingers on a finely woody touch.
Food and wine pairing
Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with foie gras, with all white meats (chicken, veal) and with blue cheeses (try it on Roquefort, it's delicious!)
Serve chilled at 10-12°C.
