Tasting
On the nose of red fruits (currant, raspberry) it is a round and elegant wine. The mouth offers a nice consistency, volume, aromas finishing on tannins which begin to blend. The whole is harmonious and balanced, very pleasant to drink now but can still wait a few years.
Food and wine pairing
It goes perfectly with all red meats and cheeses.
